• I am an experienced Project Manager and Program Manager working in fast paced and constantly changing environments, for Fortune 500 international corporations.

• I am a multilingual expat living in Spain, and consider myself a citizen of the world.

• I've lead global, diverse, and multi-cultural teams, located in USA, Europe or APJ, and I'm a strong advocate of international collaboration, and utilizing digital tools to build virtual teams and communities of practice. 

• I have a track record of delivering high quality results with efficiency - on time and on budget, being highly skilled in project execution - in other words:  I don't just plan, I get things done. 

• I am an Agile Strategist : keeping the long term vision with a bias for short term iterations where a product or a service can be utilized right away. 

• I am comfortable challenging the status quo to remove roadblocks and apply design thinking to propose innovative solutions. 

• I simplify complexity and am able to 'translate' complex technical terms into business terms, providing executive summaries adapted to target audiences. 

• I am Practical and Pragmatic and a firm believer in Experiential Learning. I prefer to learn and teach by doing, rather than sitting through endless theoretical and abstract discussions.
